1. Plagiarism Policy
RCICAARI strictly enforces a <20% plagiarism threshold for all submissions. All abstracts and full papers are screened using advanced similarity detection software prior to peer review. Submissions failing to meet this standard will be rejected without review.
2. Authorship and Originality
By submitting your work, you guarantee that the research is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not currently under consideration by any other conference or journal.
3. Code of Conduct
All participants, including speakers, sponsors, and volunteers, are required to agree to the code of conduct. We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.
4. Conference Modifications
The organizers reserve the right to modify the conference schedule, virtual platform, or cancel specific sessions without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content submitted to RCICAARI remains the intellectual property of the respective authors. By submitting your work, you grant RCICAARI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, and distribute your paper in the conference proceedings, digital archives, and affiliated academic databases. Authors retain the right to reuse their own work in future publications, provided that proper credit is given to the original publication in the RCICAARI proceedings.
6. Limitation of Liability
RCICAARI and its organizers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the conference, use of the conference website, or reliance on any information provided during the event. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or anticipated profits. The total liability of the organizers shall not exceed the amount of the registration fee paid by the participant.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada. By registering for or attending the conference, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
